Libby is the Heart of the Library<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On a cold, frigid January evening Libby was found curled up trying to stay warm on a local patron\u2019s porch. Having been thrown away by someone who didn\u2019t know how special she was. Libby came to live at the Ashville Library. Instantly winning the hearts of all that meet her. Libby became a fixture and a source of joy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sadly, Libby passed away in late Summer of 2024. We have welcomed a new cat to the library, but Libby will always hold a special place in our hearts<\/p>\n\n\n\n
